1. What this page does
This page deletes an Abacus Experts student account — the account used to sign in to the Abacus Experts learning app and website — together with the personal data held with it. It is the same deletion the app offers under Profile → Privacy & account, available here without signing in, for a parent or guardian who no longer has the password.
Abacus Experts provides classroom abacus training in Hyder Nagar, Hyderabad, and live online classes. This page relates to accounts on www.abacusexperts.com and in the Abacus Experts Android app only.
2. What is deleted
Deleting the account removes the learner's name, their date of birth, their mobile number, every question they have answered, their mastery and their streak. None of it can be recovered, and signing up again with the same number starts from the beginning.
The sign-in credential is destroyed with it, so the number can no longer be used to log in.
3. What may be kept
Our Privacy Policy already sets out what may outlast a deletion request, and nothing further is claimed here. Under Retention and security it says: “We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, course delivery, accounts, dispute resolution and legal obligations.”
Under Your requests it says: “We may verify the requester’s identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained where required for accounting, legal or legitimate dispute purposes.”
4. What you need
The mobile number the account is registered with, and the handset it is registered to. We send a one-time code to that number and you enter it here. That code is how we verify the request before deleting anything, as the Privacy Policy says we may.
No password is needed and none is asked for. If the number is not the one the account is registered under, we cannot delete the account from this page — use the email address at the end instead.

6. What happens next
Deletion happens immediately when you confirm it. There is no waiting period, no review step and no cancellation window, so please be sure before you confirm. The page tells you when it is done.
You will not receive a further message: the account, and the number we would have sent it to, are gone by then.

A parent or guardian may also ask to access, correct or delete information, withdraw optional consent, or raise a grievance by emailing abacusexperts.com@
A learner who is signed in can do the same thing from Profile → Privacy & account → Delete my account, in the app or on the website.
